This is not a conventional CD player. Built using repurposed CD-ROM drives, the project explores ownership, repairability, and the physical experience of music.

Compatible IDE drives can often be found in old computers,
second-hand markets, recycling centers, or forgotten boxes in storage.

Every drive carries its own history.

Every player becomes unique.
