Orders and Payments
Once an order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory shortages, system errors, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, international logistics conditions, or carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas, Jeju Island, and certain countries or regions.
Products and Usage
Some products are provided as DIY assembly kits.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and instructions before purchase. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, or negligence during use.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer once the products are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Limitation of Liability
